Pathetic service

I have never experienced such terrible customer service! I have been speaking to a lady called Mariska Strydom with the worst addtitude, do you guys not know about TCF and customer service? I have been billed incorrectly and as epr my contract I have paid what I needed to yet when I asked for a explanation why I am being charged what I am paying, no explanation is given, she rather tells me to speak to someone that just refuses to respond!
