Pathetic customer service

This has been absolutely pathetic. My internet connection that I pay R906 a month for has been dropping for 3 weeks now. Everytime I phone them I get a different excuse. Just yesterday I was told it's fixed and behold today its dropping again yet come end of the month they will expect me to pay full price for a service that wasnt available most of the month...is this right?
