Pathetic customer service

This is by far not the cheapest service out there as I'm charged R906 a month and one would think you would have reasonable internet however. This happened last month and after numerous complaints of my internet dripping for 3 or 4 days and after I explained I'm running g a business the only explanation I was given is " yeah we've had a few complaints from your area...we testing signals" and when I asked can someone tell me when this will be fixed the pure incompetence was unbelieveable. A month later and my internet has been down for 4 days again and I'm not hearing anything from them.
