No Technical help desk support

Every email request for help to business services requires a few email reminders and telephone calls before help is received. their excuse is 'we didnt receive your mail' or 'we will investigate and come back to you'. 3 months have passed and I still dont have resoltuion for my mysterous system calls that I receive on my VOIP phone. Why does Business Services even bother to provide any telco services. Even Telcom provides better service than this?!!!
