No after sales service - poor support

I have bought both internet and voip services and equipment from Business SErvices. THere sales team is eager to sell but the after sales support is very poor. I have had several support emails not answered. The last one was logged on 6th October where I am receiving 'system' voip calls. 10 days later and 2 reminders and still no response from Business Services. How do they expect to complete with other internet service providers with this level of service?! RequestID: ##8397##
