Empty promises and terrible service

I was looking for a reliable internet service provider last year and came across Business Services. From their online presence they really seemed to be professional and competent at what they do and although it was pricy at the time I felt comfortable that I had chosen the right company for the job. It turns out that I made the incorrect assumptions and is left with the worst service provider ever! They lack decent communication and never admit that the issues are actually sitting on their side, they always passed the buck either to my side or where ever they find fit. Since October 2015 I have had more dropped connection and frustrations than any other provider used. When lodging complaints they promise you that the issue will be sorted, however Im still sorting out the same issue since October last year. I would not recommend their product offering to my friends or enemies for that matter! <br> <br> Like anything that is not good for you, you want to get rid of it asap, however with their T's & C's getting out is not the easier or most accommodating. Be cautious when considering these guys.
