Business Solution (BSIT) lack of services and support

I joined with Business Solution (BSIT) as my home fibre ISP on the 30/10/2018. Also my fibre line was installed by Vumatel. Vumatel successfully installed the line as provided. However, when it came to BSIT to actually activate the line, this took well over a month to activate. This was certainly not a good start for BSIT as a first impression of their so called "excellent service". None the less I continues to use them as my ISP, however, just recently my line was cut and I was left with no internet for a week a few days. Later to learn that my BSIT were have internal problems with their provides which meant that they cancelled my line without letting me know. In attempt to revive the situation I contacted their manager (Gavin) to please assist, but got no results. Their service was extremely poor. As ask that Gavin please give me progress of what they were doing to try and resolve the situation and I got nothing in return. From my experience above I would never recommend BSIT services to anyone that wishes to convert their home or business into a fibre solution.
