Bsit Business services - no service

so i paid a fortune to get this internet, and for the last few months i just dont get what im paying for, what a joke, they never have people getting back to you, they give you a fraction of what you are paying for. nothing is never resolved, i am furious, why am i paying for 4 meg and only getting 0.56 downloadf speed and .089 upload. you can log a hundred emails and you constantly hear we are attending top it, sitting on the phone for hours at a time as no one ever answers the ****** phones.
