Bad communication or lazy staff

Dont bother sending a contact request, they obviously have no idea what a contact request is. You send a contact request and instead of them contacting you some lazy sales executive (Samantha) will rather send you a contract to complete. Hello i dont want a contract i want to be contacted so i can ask questions. I can only imagine how hard it will be when there is a fault. You will battle to get it resolved, i wont waste my time with Business Services.
