Poor accounting and over charging

I went to the emergency unit and then had to follow up several times to get my bill. I paid R1200 in total which included an item described as all inclusive consultation of R900. Now I am receive threatening letters from a doctor which says I have not paid the doctors bill , the one who assisted me that night. When I queried this with Busamed, their reply is that the R900 was a ward fee, should I have been admitted, but I was never admitted.
