THIS HOSPITAL IS REFUSING TO CLAIM FROM MY MEDICAL AID

I had surgery at this hospital, and they are refusing to claim from my medical aid. I do not have the money to pay, and their caseworker is ignoring all calls from me and my medical aid. I am close to committing suicide due to the stress this is causing me. I do not have the money for you I cannot pay it out of pocket when my medical aid says they are willing to pay for this bill they just need your caseworker to answer the damn phone
