Worst experience ever from a spur

Been coming to this spur, and spur in general for years and years and this was the worst experience I've ever had at a spur. My ex even used to work at this spur and rhen i was here literally every week.

We've had numerous birthday parties here for rhe kids on days when it was packed and the vibe from the staff was great, our waiter was always friendly and came to us to ask if everything was fine, even rhe manager would come. Today this was not the case. My first drink was finished before the waiter even came to ask our food order. Only when the food arrived did we tell him we want another round of drinks. When we were finished eating did they eventually remember about the birthday song.. apparently they now only do the birthday song after the meal.. but i was still keen to order desert which we were never asked about. The only people who got desert was my mum and aunt and thats because it came with the pensoiners special they ordered. Burning arrow might not see me again. Definitely not while this management / staff is here.
