Exceptional Service

I visited Spur Burning Arrow yesterday, 4 September 2026 and I want to personally speak on the service I received at this exact branch.

The service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, professional and attentive. I did not experience any form of ****** or ************** whatsoever.

The manager on duty, who is a black manager, was present, extremely helpful and ensured all guests were attended to professionally.

Regarding the two separate lines I observed on social media - from what I understood, one line was for guests with bookings and the other was for walk-ins / people who didn't book. This is standard restaurant procedure and was handled fairly.

I would highly recommend this branch and will definitely be returning.
