Metal shaving in the chicken tacos

I found a metal shaving/string, a significantly long and thick one, in my chicken taco, it shocked me that I could have swallowed that. That is seriously dangerous and it's beside me how you managed to get that right. It could could have caused me serious harm. I do have photos fo prove this.
