Worst service ever I will never ever eat at Burger King again

Burger King [jubilee mall ] - Smelly floor, ignored complaint, singled out on return

I sat at [@ Burger King Jubilee Mall ] with a sticky, smelly spill under my table and asked the cashier from the till in a friendly manner to clean it. She ignored me, gave attitude, and walked off without mopping, so I had to change tables and still eat with the mess.

I went to the kiosks to get her help again. When I pointed out the spill, she never bothered to check and just ignored me again.

I left to eat at McDonald’s instead, but since it’s Halaal they don’t allow outside non-Halaal food, so I had to come back to Burger King to finish my meal. When I returned, she never came back herself. Instead her friend came over and watched me, like she’d been told to keep an eye on me. I got singled out instead of an apology.

I’m asking the branch manager to: 1. Train staff on hygiene, spill protocols, and basic respect toward customers 2. Review how complaints at the kiosk and tables are handled 3. Offer a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience

I can identify the cashier involved.
