I went to the store and bought some food , paid with phone and the money went out of my account and the manager said they haven't received anything from their side

I went to the store and bought some food , paid with phone and the money went out of my account and the manager said they haven't received anything from their side. I proceeded to pay again and the money has not been reversed to my account. I've been calling and going to the store numerous times but still I haven't been helped since the 24th April 2026.
