Burger King wonderpark

I had a terrible experience at Burger King wonderpark. We paid for our food and the payment showed as approved, but then it was suddenly reversed on they are statement, leaving us confused and stressed. No one explained properly what was going on, and we were basically left to figure it out ourselves. This kind of payment issue is unacceptable, especially when customers are just trying to buy food. It caused unnecessary frustration and honestly ruined the whole experience. Staff should be better trained to handle situations like this and communicate clearly instead of leaving customers in the dark. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on how this was handled. And we waited for 1 hour to get feedback. And we were hungry this is unprofessional.
