Shocking response!

I've been trying to contact the owner of Bundunet and despite promises from Joshua that he would contact me I have yet to hear from him. When I asked Joshua for his name and contact details he refused point blank to let me have these details as he is apparently not allowed to divulge this information and in any event I "haven't been a customer for 2 years". Good service??
