Worst experience over the phone

Spoke to a very rude and unpleasant man over the phone after being on hold for over 10 minutes, couldn’t even say hi or bye, cut my words when I trued to speak. Poor customer service, I don’t think you all should put your numbers on the website if you don’t not have telephone etiquette l!! I’ll most certainly warn my family and friends
