Worst customer service

Nothing like a rude person not being helpful in the morning like Brad/Bret , your team needs a lot of customer management skills, spent the whole afternoon on Wednesday trying to sort out an order issue where i purchased items but did not receive shocks and a water bottle, no one has been willing to assist and my number was taken so this can be looked at and still no feedback from even the manager who i asked for countless times. Tatenda tried to be helpful but he is the closest to answers i got, they took my slip and said they will have a look at footage even though they did admit they are over on stock when they did the recount, I'm still waiting for answers or feedback
