Watch out, theres a handling fee!

We are a fleet management company that, as you can imagine, is in constant need of vehicle parts. We had the misfortune of sourcing a part from Bumper To Bumper. We were supp**** with the incorrect part despite the detailed information provided to the company (including a picture).

On returning the part, a mere 2 hours later in the same condition as received, we were told that we would be charged a 20% handling fee. Clearly, Bumper To Bumper runs off supplying incorrect parts and charging handling fees for their "mistakes".

Needless to say we won't be using Bumper To Bumper again and I encourage anyone sourcing vehicle parts to stay well clear of them.
