VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

Very bad service, I bought 2 heads lights and the gave me the wrong lights, same day I return the light i was told to pay 10% . It was very difficult to exchange the lights. They called someone and tried to explain but he did seems to understand and I explained in Afrikaans and I was called a black female ******. The endup giving the lights went and try to fit. The light are wrong again and i gave them the sample after i drove back to pta...I called and I was advised to bring 20% on monday. What is that mara, or maybe because am a woman. Please assist me to get the correct light or refund me.
