Very bad attitude from a sales person

I just called Bumper to Bumper looking for a car part and was utterly disappointed by the attitude I received from the sales person. He even used the \you people"term. I am out of words and angry right now and I wish to do no business with the said establishment and will never recommend it again. Even though the item I inquired about was about R500 cheaper then the one I just bought"
