Useless Bumper to bumper.

I went to buy car parts on Sunday 27th from this useless car spares dealer Bumper to bumper, I pay for the parts, and upon collecting the parts are wrong, I had to go back to the sales man who foolishly told me his System show a number of items, instead of refunding me no he will order the parts and defenatly I will get on Tuesday! Tuesday I have to travel 130kms in 130kms out to collect the parts, just before arriving I call the store, useless sales people and their manager, don't know what to do because the sales man who sold the items is off duty today, but he committed the parts will be there!! I am talking with Their manager who is also glueles about what is happening in his store.
