Terrible service

They sell parts without confirming availability, leaving customers waiting for over an hour. When you request a receipt or refund, they claim it is on the way, only to make you wait yet another hour. Placed an order for three items at 15:48 two items given under 10 minutes, waited for 3 item (Grill received at 17:26)
