What a disappointment. These people are **********. The parts albeit reasonable in price will cost you double in the long run. We just had to replace a part that we had bought there for 1200 2 months ago. I will tell you that we had to replace that part today directly from BMW for 2200. They offer no warranties. That should be a big red flag on its own.
