Ridiculously BAD SERVICE!

JP is by far the rudest and arrogant sales person I have ever dealt with. No work ethic, *************, no customer service skills at all. He acts like he is doing you a favor by doing HIS job. Then he has the audacity to tell him manager Roy (while I am hearing everything over the phone) that I am a "difficult customer" because I wanted to follow up on a delivery that I asked nicely NUMEROUS times for before to be delivered before a certain time which of course was not done, and Roy is not much of a help either s I tried to explain why I am a "difficult customer" but he clearly did not care how his staff talks to clients.

I honestly do not care how reasonably priced they are, I would rather pay more and have a better experience than this nonsense.

I know I am only 1 person, but its 1 customer and a lot of future business they lost for life!
