Poor services

I have purchased a Golf 1 LUK clutch on the 16th of December, mechanic put it on, realised it was making a noise, so I brought it back I checked the receipt and saw it was a Golf 3 clutch that was sold to me.. I was sent all of the store to try and get this sorted out , the sales team kept on sending me to different people, no1 wanted to assist, and everybody was rude.. finally a guy did help 1 your later, he told me I need to wait 7 to 14 days for my refund if it is accepted, however I was supp**** the incorrect part...

I am ashamed and disappointed about the service at bumper to bumper, and I will recommend the store to anyone,
