Poor service

I purchased a radiator for a polo vivo 2020, I was immediately told by my panelbeaters that it was wrong and returned it today's later only to be told i damaged it and it was fitted in the car, they refused to help me although they were aware that the box damaged when I purchased it, definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from them
