Poor service

I have made a stop at bumper to bumper...stood in the 'flea market ' Que, asked for a golf 1 clutch kit, tried to fit it, realised it was wrong as it was for a golf 3 instead of a golf 1, went back the next day, was sent to numerous rude people, no1 wanted to take the time and look at their fault, Stood there for 1 hour, 2 days later I get a call saying my claim is rejected... and the error is with bumper to bumper
