Parts wrongly supp****

Good day i just have to complain about bumper to bumper in jhb i went there a few days back and i gave them all the samples of the parts i am in need of and the guy at the counter gave me all the parts i then opend up to have a quick look at the parts and it looked like the right parts i then saw that the main bearings were of a peugeot 206, i then told the salesman that its for a Peugeot 206 he then said that it will work as its the same. I came back home in vereeniging and wanted to assemble the tatta indica and i saw the bearings are not gonna work. Then i couldn't get back there the same day as it would have been to late and the Monday i had to be back at work so i then whatsapp them and they didn't respond i then went back yesterday (Saturday the 18 nov 2023) and they refused to give me a refund as they said they dont have the correct bearings in stock and they refuse to give a refund the bearing were R465, they say i can only exchange for any other parts, but i needed the bearings i had to leave with no bearings and no refund. I don't think that its very professional for a big company like that, that i have been dealing with for a very long time to treat the customers like that as i have my own business. Now it will be a loss to my company as i will need to buy the correct bearings and sitting with bearings that I will never be able to use.
