Money paid, parts not release. left on hold

I first contacted bumper to bumper on 05 June 2019 for car parts for my Ford Fiesta they responded the next day with pricing. On the 16th I made an initial payment for 2 of the parts and the rest I paid on the 29th. I confirmed with the salesman he had the parts and sent through the proof of payment.

A friend went to collect the parts with the proof of payment and they would not release the parts for a number of reasons. I called through to them now and eventually I was asked to reorder the parts to get a new reference number and then they would re-allocate the payments, this part of the call was done in 10 minutes I then waitte on the phone for approx. 45 minutes. I phoned them again to get a new quotation and spent another 30 minutes on hold before dropping the call and trying again, now on my third attempt and still not getting anywhere. you already have my money now I want my parts.
