If I could rate it 0 I would. That Jonathan at Malvern branch Joburg acts like it’s his father’s business and if it is he will be the downfall of it. He was so rude after ignoring my WhatsApp texts for 2 days. I decided to call reception again and they transferred me to him only for him to hang up while I was still reading out my list to him.
