DISGUSTING SERVICE

Disgusting service, receptionist tries to transfer the call, I was placed on hold for close to 5 minutes, then someone answered and hung up, called again and I was on hold again for another 5 minutes then someone answers and quickly says please hold then hangs up, if the service is this disgusting what makes me think that what I wanted from this establishment is worth any Rand I spend!!!!
