Bumper to bumper to be charged

Once again Bumper to bumper really knows how to swindle money from customers. Previous incident incorrectly supp**** Vw golf 1 clutch, told them at the counter why is it showing a clutch for golf 1 /2/3, had my mechanic fit it , and it was wrong brought it back , bumper to bumper refused to take it without a box , brought the box sent it in , claim was rejected due to oil spillage , yes you will have it cause it was wrong!

Sending issue stood in the line, was supp**** a list of items , same day I returned a part they harassed me to do a 20% handling fee, same day returned an incorrect globe , next week I hand over a door handle set, I did request for golf 1, they gave golf 1 /2? Brought it back was refused a refund first, spoke to so many people in the attempt of getting my refund which never was accepted, level of service is the worst, spares are not shown before you buy them , it’s like a dam flea market there, which has no control and exchange policy is one sided, how many times is this place going to get away with *******.
