Bumper to Bumper *****ing customers money

On Friday 24th February I paid R2,864 to Bumper to Bumper for wheel bearings. I sent the POP to Bumper to Bumper accounts department and my sales representative (JP) on the same day. I was informed that they could not deliver the parts to me, but I should send a courier. I booked a courier to collect on Wednesday 1 March.

The courier attempted to collect from Bumper to Bumper on 9 separate occasions. Each time the courier was sent away. When I followed up Bumper to Bumper claimed that the courier had collected the parcel but could not provide a signed waiver or any proof of collection. I have escalated and no action has been taken. Bumper to Bumper refuse to even call the courier company to discuss.

It has therefore become apparent that Bumper to Bumper or one of their representatives is running a scheme to de***** customers. You have been warned.

It has now been 18 days since I made payment to Bumper to Bumper and still they have not given the courier the parcel with the products that I paid for. They have also ignored by requests for a refund...which I am legally entitled to in terms of the consumer protection act. Clearly Bumper to Bumper and their staff are running a **** to ***** customers' money. I have therefore opened a case at the SAPS. Case number (CAS 135/03/2023)
