Bumper to bumper refund delays

We were sold the wrong products and they delayed the process under the allusion of ordering the right ones to the point which they stated that the period to process refunds had elapsed. We made sure to send an email on the seventh day of the stated period of which was ignored. We are continuing to incur cost at the panel beaters for space as well as loss of income from the vehicle
