Bumper to Bumper is a ****

I went to buy some parts at Bumper to Bumber on Jan 17th.The salesperson gave me wrong parts & some parts they didn't have.I was redirected to the teller for a refund for the parts they don't have & I never received my invoice back.On the 19th I went to demand a refund on the wrong parts.Firstly they wanted to charge me 20% for their salesperson mistake, then refused to refund me without an invoice that they didn't give back.I was made to wait for over 5hours standing there without any help.That is by far the most horrible customer service I was ever subjected to.
