Bad client services

We had the worst expierence with these guys not wanting to return parts bought from them soaking with water the day we got them with the manager telling me that its not his fault they do not have canopies on their bakkies.The driver telling me that he is going to get the cops to arrest me for not wanting to pay for something that i did not damage. You guys seriously needs to work on people s****s I am disgusted by the way that this matter was handled. I will never buy a single thing from you again not that you care because you are so no care about everything else. The owner of this business needs to teach his mangers to handle clients. Disgusting
