20% handling fee on Return for Credit goods. It's against the Consumer protection Act of RSA.

I have been a customer for many years now

On the 1st of October 2021, I bought Rack ends for a corolla Quest 2016 model with a sample. I was supp**** wrong part,

I returned the wrong rack ends and I was charged 20% handling fee.

Firstly Bumper to Bumper is acting out of the Consumer right protection act Secondly thier staff needs seriously serious customer service schooling Thirdly, i need my money back...

Bumper to bumper milking poor citizens of thier right to return goods with full refund but its totally opposite with them.
