WORST ONLINE SHOP IN THE WORLD!!!!

I have no words, I have never ever had an experience this bad before. I order something more than a month a go. I have said multiple times I do not receive any updates. You can't even track you order properly. The last update when try to track is was the day I ordered it and that was a month ago. If I don't mail them to give me update on the order they never update anytihng to track. I AM SO DAM FRUSTRATED BECAUSE WHEN I EMAIL THEM THEY WELL FOLLOW UP, BUT THEY NEVER COME BACK TO ME!!!
