Utterly unacceptable service.

I placed my order on the 23rd of January and, after more than 2 weeks, there has been no delivery and no meaningful communication. my follow ups are always meet with “we will check and come back to you “Their repeated delays and silence forced me to postpone my baby’s 1st birthday photo shoot — a once-in-a-lifetime event ruined by their incompetence. This company shows a complete disregard for customers, offering nothing but empty promises and frustration.
