Poor service

I ordered a dress for my daughter's birthday more than 2 weeks ago, did not receive it although the items were advertised as in stock at the time of ordering. My daughters birthday has now passed and we couldnt get the dress we needed for her birthday- had i have known it would be this long, i would have ordered from somewhere else. I was stuck to get a last minute dress as a result.You cannot call them, they only respond via email and they advised that the items are still to be received from their supplier. Very disappointing. Do not buy from this store if you need items fast, they service delivery is very slow
