Horrible Customer Service

A horrible online store. I placed an order on the 22nd of May, did not receive it, I sent an email on the 1st of June to enquire and they said “they were not aware that the order has not been dispatched”. I gave them grace period, still nothing. Requested a refund on the 4th of June and I’m the one who has to keep on sending emails to them wanting my money.

Poor communication with customers. ********** experience with them!
