Bad service and bad communication

I have placed two orders:

#B*** - 01/03/2026 #B*** - 28/02/2026

I emailed them on 30 March 2026 and 17 April 2026 and still my orders has not been delivered. I only received replies to my emails noting that they will get back to me. This is unacceptable.. I love what they have to offer but the service is very bad.
