Great experience with Builders Merchant. I would like to give a super big thumbs up to Builders Merchant sales team. I was assisted by a gentleman named Vincent on the phone who helped me navigate the online purchasing system as I was looking for a specific item. He was exceptionally kind and after his assistance I was able to order the item online. As soon as I made the purchase online, I called again just to be sure that I did everything correctly, and the lady who answered the phone(can't remember her name) also gave me great service and she even wanted to escalate my purchase just so that I can be comfortable. Shortly after the purchase, I was informed my order would be delivered the same day later in the afternoon. After 4 hours I received a call that the driver is at the gate to deliver. 🤗I'm happy to say that I received the best best service from builders merchant and will definitely be ordering online again as it was such an easy and convenient way to get whatever I need. Thank u again for the 15%discount I received when registering as it helped to lower the total of my purchase. Exceptional service indeed!!!!! I was really happy that I ordered an item and within 6 hours it was delivered and expected delivery day was in 1 - 2 days. Thank u once more builders merchant . Keep up the great service.
