Bad Service - Buffet Chefs

I have requested a special buffet with a unique starter, I have send an image and was willing to wait and except the quote without problems, and requested to be plated as the image supl****.

STARTER - plated - I will supply the stickers with the name one consisting of small sosatie style fruit and cheese with cold meat , savoury ****in can be used to anchor the sosatie sticks.

Tthe sticks were just in a normal square dish covered with cling wrap, we had to try and arrange on a side plate which resulted in looking dismal as the cheese broke, tamato too big, just very dissatisfied.

Also traditional green beans with potato should have more green beans vs potato?

I also asked for cream spinach, not with chilli/pepper mix with it.

We also received more tomato & onion sauce where one would expect normal brown gravy with a buffet with lamb, beef & chicken as per my original e-mail request.
