UNBELIEVABLY POOR SERVICE

Buffalo International Logistics have to be the most useless courier company I have ever dealt with! Their delivery/collection service is unreliable, their calkl centre is unreliable, their supervisors are unreliable because they dont communicate with customers about their complaints, and their management is useless because they are not contactable.

A parcel needs to be collected from my hom and this company expects someone to be homebound all the time during the day waiting for their unreliable driver to arrive when he decides to do so. I have spent many hours waiting for their pathetic service which is not forthcoming.

My advice to anyine is to avoid this company at all costs! If I could give it a ZERO RATING I would do so.
