Rude arrogant driver

The driver called me today regarding my parcel. I was suprised with his unprofessional/informal greating. He asked me where is he going to find me "am I going to find you by the tanks? " he asked. When I asked him what he was talking about he then said to me that he doesn't deliver door to door because that is Buffalo logistics policy. I must come by the "tanks". I asked him why not deliver at the address given to him. He said he doesn't have my address and even if he had it he doesn't deliver door to door. All this time this man who clearly does sound younger that me is extremely rude to me. When I told him m not coming to no "tanks" he still had the guts to ask me what he should do with my parcel? The audacity

My question is why does Buffalo logistics hire such unprofessional people to deal with paying customers? I asked around the area and this seems to be the norm. The drivers are usually rude and order customers around as if they doing them a favour. This is soo below the belt Buffalo logistics, you can do better
