Parcel not delivered

The driver sent to deliver my parcel got lost on Monday. She kept going to the wrong addresses. She admitted that she is unfami**** with the place. Ultimately she gave up and returned the parcel to the hub claiming that the address was incorrect even though she called to verify the address. I queried this with the company and they said they would send someone fami**** with the place. 2 days later they sent the same driver who again went to the wrong address. She called me telling me that she is returning my parcel to the hub again. I later got a notification that the parcel was delivered and signed for by me, which wasn't true. Again I called & queried that. Upon the agent checking she discovered that the parcel was delivered at the wrong address and told me that they would investigate and have it delivered to me. A few hours later I get notification that the parcel couldn't be delivered because there was no one at home, which was another lie on the part of the driver. Now am supposed to pay extra delivery fee because of their blunder. I also need to use the parcel this weekend. It's a dress I ordered for my mom, amongst other things which she must wear this Saturday for a function. I am very disappointed in the bluntant lies told by the company as to why they fail to deliver my parcel
